Auction Terms & Conditions IF YOU ARE A RESELLER, Please contact us ahead to complete the resale form 01-339 as required by Texas. If we have not received your reseller information BEFORE the start of the auction you will be charged tax, NO EXCEPTIONS. Email form 01-339 (just google it!) to info@thepickerspalace.com. It is important to The Pickers Palace that all bidders understand the terms and conditions under which its auctions are conducted. Please carefully read the Conditions of Sale set forth below. 1. All prospective buyers are strongly advised to examine any property which they are interested in before the auction takes place. All items are available for viewing during auction preview hours. This is an auction- There are NO Refunds offered or given 2. The highest bidder shall be the purchaser. 3. The Pickers Palace reserves the right in its sole discretion at any time before bidding commences to withdraw combine or divide any lot. 4. At the end of the auction, title will pass to the highest bidder, and the bidder thereupon assumes full risk and responsibility for the property, including the obligation to immediately pay the full price plus commissions and taxes. 5. A charge of 10% buyers premium will be added to the final bid price, and is payable by the buyer. Visa, Mastercard, and American Express are the ONLY acceptable forms of payment, and property may be immediately picked up or shipped. 6. A Texas sales tax (8.25%) will be applied to all sales, unless the property is purchased for resale under a proper State resale number, or other legal exemption. Property that is picked up in person is subject to Texas State sales tax. 7. The property is sold in "as is,where is" condition and without recourse, and The Pickers Palace does not make any representations or warranties, express or implied, as to catalogue description, attribution, authenticity, provenance, origin, size, age or condition of any of the property offered for sale. It is the responsibility of the purchaser, prior to the auction, to examine the property and make a determination as to the value, condition, description, authenticity, provenance, origin, size and age of the property. 8. The Pickers Palace requires that the arrangements for the pick-up must be completed during the stated pick up days. Please remember, once an item has sold, it is no longer covered by insurance and is stored at the owner's risk. 9. Shipping is offered on select small lots. Shipping is NOT offered for any furniture.
