VERY LARGE SALE!!!
There will be a sign in sheet that we set out at 8:00 am. You can sign in and you will be allowed to go in when your name is called. This prevents chaos. Please be back in line by 8:45 so you will be ready to enter when your name is called.
The home is equipped with a monitored security system; all theft will be prosecuted.
No large purses or bags will be allowed into the sale. Belt bags or small shoulder bags are fine.
ALL SALES FINAL. NO REFUNDS , RETURNS, OR EXCHANGES.
SALES TAX APPLIED
Tax Exempt? You must submit a photocopy of your current and valid tax exemption.
NO EXCEPTIONS!
Not responsible for accidents.
We accept cash and credit cards. To use a credit card the purchase must be at least $50. NO CHECKS!
Please bring help to load heavy items. We cannot guarantee packing materials or boxes will be available. Please bring your own.
Please be mindful of neighbors grass and do not block driveways and mailboxes.
If you break it you buy it. Please ask staff for assistance.
