Thank you for shopping with Bright Side Flips! Please read the following terms before purchasing. By making a purchase at one of our sales, you agree to these terms.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
All merchandise is sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS, with no warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied. We encourage buyers to carefully inspect items and ask questions before purchasing. We do our best to accurately describe and photograph merchandise, but normal wear, age, imperfections, repairs, missing pieces, and other condition issues may exist.

PRICING & PURCHASES
Prices are determined by Bright Side Flips and may be adjusted during the sale at our discretion. An item is not considered sold until payment has been completed.

We reserve the right to correct pricing or description errors and to refuse or cancel a transaction when necessary.

PAYMENT
Accepted payment methods will be stated in the individual sale listing. Payment must be completed at the time of purchase unless otherwise approved by Bright Side Flips.

HOLDS
Items may not be held without payment unless specifically approved by Bright Side Flips. Any approved hold is subject to the terms communicated at the time of purchase.

PICKUP & REMOVAL
Buyers are responsible for removing and transporting their purchases unless otherwise arranged.

Please bring appropriate vehicles, tools, packing materials, and sufficient help to safely remove large, heavy, fragile, or difficult-to-access items. Bright Side Flips may be able to provide limited assistance when available, but we cannot guarantee loading assistance.

Buyers are responsible for measuring items and ensuring that purchases will fit through doorways, stairways, elevators, vehicles, and other spaces. Please measure before purchasing.

Purchased items must be removed by the stated pickup deadline. Items left behind after the deadline may be considered abandoned and may not be eligible for a refund.

FURNITURE & LARGE ITEMS
Furniture and other large items are sold as-is. Buyers should inspect items carefully before purchase and confirm measurements.

Bright Side Flips is not responsible for damage to a buyer's property, vehicle, home, or other belongings during removal or transportation. Buyers are responsible for arranging appropriate help for heavy or oversized items.

ELECTRONICS & APPLIANCES
When reasonably possible, we will demonstrate that electronics and appliances power on or appear to function. However, we cannot guarantee continued operation after purchase. Buyers should inspect and test items before purchasing whenever possible.

DESCRIPTIONS & PHOTOS
Photographs and descriptions are provided to give buyers a general representation of merchandise. Photos may not show every imperfection, and colors may appear differently depending on lighting or device settings.

Buyers are responsible for satisfying themselves as to an item's condition, authenticity, completeness, dimensions, and suitability before purchasing.

DAMAGE OR ACCIDENTS
Buyers and guests enter the sale premises at their own risk. Please use caution, especially around stairs, uneven surfaces, fragile merchandise, tools, furniture, and other household items.

Bright Side Flips is not responsible for injuries, accidents, lost or damaged personal property, or damage resulting from the removal or transportation of purchased merchandise, except where otherwise required by law.

CHILDREN & PETS
Children must remain with and be supervised by an accompanying adult at all times. Pets may not be permitted inside the sale premises unless they are service animals or otherwise approved.

WEATHER, ACCESS & UNEXPECTED CIRCUMSTANCES
Sale dates, hours, pickup arrangements, and access may be changed or canceled when necessary due to severe weather, property access issues, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes through the sale listing or other available channels.

NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS
Because our merchandise is typically previously owned and sold on behalf of clients, all purchases are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be offered except when required by applicable law or at the sole discretion of Bright Side Flips.

RESPECT FOR THE HOME & PROPERTY
Please treat the property, merchandise, neighbors, staff, and other shoppers respectfully. Do not open, move, or enter areas marked as off-limits. Removal of merchandise, fixtures, or property that has not been purchased is strictly prohibited.

CLIENT PROPERTY & RESERVED ITEMS
Some items shown in photographs or present at the property may be reserved, withdrawn, or unavailable for sale. We reserve the right to remove items from the sale at any time.
