All sales are final and items are sold as-is/where-is. We provide power so that you can test items before purchase.
No warranties given or implied and we do not accept exchanges and do not give refunds.

Top Shelf Estate Sales accepts cash and credit cards for sales over $50, with proper ID. Checks will not be accepted. We are required to charge sales tax. Please don't give us a hard time about this, we wish we didn't have to as well.

Items must be removed by the end of the sale or they remain the property of the homeowner unless other specific arrangements are made. (IF one of our staff helps you move your item or load your car, please remember that they are doing this from kindness, not from obligation and remember to tip them appropriately. Thank you!)

If you put an item on the Hold Shelf, that means you will purchase it. If you put a SOLD sticker on an item or ask us to, that means that you will purchase it. We appreciate you understanding and only picking up, moving and placing on hold or SOLD items that you intend to purchase.

Due to flooding around the property, we must postpone the sale to 11/2-11/4. We apologize for any inconvenience or dissapointment this may cause but are doing what we know will be best for both our customers and our clients!

**Please be advised that no jewelry, coins or cash will be left on site during off hours. They will come and go with an armed security officer and cameras will be in place both inside and outside throughout the entire duration of the sale dates.**

Our wonderful client this week is downsizing in a BIG way! Her clean, well kept and beautiful home in Arlington is full of a fantastic, eclectic mix of antique, MCM and modern. She has an incredible eye for the rare items that you just don’t see everyday and many treasures she has to let go of that have been passed down through 4 generations.

Due to time constraints, we have moved her treasures to an off site warehouse and the set up has begun!! Photos will be added up until the last moment so check back often for updates!

Because of the high end nature of some of the rare items in this sale, we reserve the right to presell any item prior to the sale date but will do our best to keep photos updated and will be happy to answer text inquiries on specific items as we have time. Be patient with us especially on sale days! We run from morning to night and sometimes are unable to answer your questions right away. We will respond as soon as we possibly can.
