This is an ONLINE ONLY auction. It is the buyers responsibility to inspect items for defects on preview days. All items are sold as is, where is, no warranty or guarantee of any kind. All sales are FINAL. All descriptions are believed to be accurate; however, all bidding and buying is based solely on bidder's personal inspection and/or opinion of the items.
It is the bidder's responsibility to: perform all inspections of the items and to be satisified as to its description, condition, and/or authenticity prior to bidding; independently verify any information they deem important including information available; verify all information contained in the item description and all promotional materials, including, but not limited to, photographs, dimensions, conditions, etc. These were provided by or on behalf of the seller and are believed to be correct; however, neither the seller or the auction company makes any promise, representation, guarantee, or warranty as to the accuracy or completeness of such information. Inspect all items prior to bidding. Failure to inspect the property does not relieve the bidder of responsibility for payment and removal as stated in these terms.

Bidder agrees to hold Owner harmless for any personal injury to himself or his agents, and any property damage incurred on sale premises.

A bid is a binding contract to buy. Please make sure you have reviewed your bid prior to submitting your bid. Once a bid has been submitted, it CANNOT be retracted or changed.

*****10% Buyer's Premium assessed on the final bid price. Also, an 8.25% state sales tax applies to all purchases in Texas.

ATTENTION ALL BUYERS-PLEASE READ IN REGARDS TO PAYMENT FOR YOUR PURCHASES:

At the time of registration, we collect information about you to verify who you are before you can bid. We collect credit card information to ensure that you are a qualified buyer. All bidders must be of legal age to bid. Bidders expressly authorize the Cowtown Online Auction to use their credit card to satisfy the payment amount (winning bid + buyer's premium + shipping & handling charges if applicable). If the bidder has not actively bid on an item/lot and/or does not owe any outstanding settlement, monies will be automatically released in accordance with standard credit authorization and deposit procedures. There is no cost to register for an auction. Your credit card will not be charged unless you win. By your registration you agree to accept all charges placed on the card that is used at registration, and waive any and all rights concerning charge backs or refunds for any items charged off to me.

Upon sucessful registration and clicking the "Agree to Terms" box below, the buyer agrees and grants permission to Cowtown Online Auction & Estate Sales to bill the buyers credit card used for this registration for all items the buyer purchases in this auction. The buyer also understands by agreeing to these terms that they will be billed for these purchases regardless if the buyer fails to take ownership of the items at one of the scheduled pickup days. Buyers that fail to take ownership of their items, and refuse to pay for these items, will be blocked from all future online auctions conducted by Cowtown Online Auction, and legal action will be brought against these buyers to secure payment on the items purchased, at the buyers expense. We will follow these terms.

We love cash! If you are local and would like to pay cash when you pick up your item, we would be happy to accommodate you. If you miss the pickup date, your credit card will be charged for your purchases plus the late penalty. We also accept MASTERCARD, VISA, DISCOVER, & AMERICAN EXPRESS.

Winning bidders are solely responsible for pick up – Cowtown Online Auction is not responsible for damages upon employee assistance with removal. Bidders must unload and pick up their complete purchases and bring their own packaging and other equipment as needed.

All merchandise not removed by deadline date will be considered abandoned and will be disposed of or resold by Cowtown Online Auction, and the buyer's card on file will be charged the full purchase price and a $10 fee.

***By placing a bid through this website, you are entering into a legally binding contract and agree to follow through with the purchase of the item should you win the item. Bidder expressly agrees not to stop payment, dispute or contest this transaction.
Cowtown Online Auction and its consignors reserve the right to remove any and all items from a sale at any time.
Bidder agrees to hold Cowtown Online Auction harmless for the failure to execute a bid for any reason on behalf of any participants.
