COVID RULES:
Tarrant County is currently under orders that requires all customers to wear masks. As we want to be a part of the solution, we will require all customers to wear a mask. We will also require people to social distance, and therefore may limit the number of people inside the home. We appreciate your cooperation!

GENERAL RULES:
1. CASH PREFERRED SALE. Credit/Debit cards only for sales $50 or more.
2. ALL ITEMS SOLD AS IS. No refunds/exchanges/returns.
3. We are old and tired, we do not load. Please bring own help to load your vehicle with all your treasures.
4. We do not provide babysitting services. Children will be allowed at sale, AS SPACE PERMITS, but must remain with supervising adult at ALL times. By the way, strollers are not allowed inside the home.
5. Please be nice. If you get too grumpy we may ask you to leave. We reserve the right to refuse service as needed.
6. We do not gift wrap. Sometimes we run out of paper and bags. It is always recommended you bring a stash in case you buy a lot of things.
7. Backpacks and large purses are bad for your back. Therefore, we do not allow them at the sale.
8. Please watch your step -- Crist & Co, Fancy That and its representatives, and the homeowner are NOT responsible for accidents.
