We're just about ready! This is truly a sale for everyone, so you must make it by!
The treasure of the sale is the 1929 Ford Model A - read about it, but "Please" SERIOUS INQUIRIES only:
1929 MODEL A FORD
170-A 2-WINDOW Fordor
170-A 1929 Ford Model A Fordor Sedan Std. 2-Window Briggs body style. Although described as a 2-window in Ford literature it is actually a 4-window vehicle since Ford only counted windows on one side of the car. The car was produced in September of 1929.
Unlike many Model A’s this one still has the rare production shocks on it. The “Oogah” horn is an early production model which was first seen in 1928. Henry Ford often used parts left over from previous model years - he didn’t believe in wasting anything. A bell and siren were added sometime in the past. This was probably done to stand out in the crowd while in participating in parades - these can be easily removed.
Additionally the car has the original bud vases, etched glass “wind wings”, dual side mirrors, pull-down rear shade, fold-down rear trunk rack and an Amsol top-end oil injector for Marvel Mystery Oil. The oil injector is an aftermarket option and is rather rare. It helps keep the top end lubricated. The car has five white wall tires including the rear mounted spare but the tubes should be replaced as the car hasn’t been driven for many years.
The Zenith carburetor was recently cleaned and new gaskets installed. Additionally a new fuel shut-off valve has also been installed. The motor has been timed and it starts up quickly.
As a Former President of the Model A Club and working for Dr. Pepper for years, there are many collectible cars, bottles
There are two more sets of Etched Glass "Wind Wings" that were especially made for the owner of the car, beautiful "with hummingbird"
There is also a 2nd car . . . 2004 Hyundai "Elantra GL", 62,030 Miles, White with Tan/Gray interiors, fabric seats, electric windows, no sunroof. Wonderful condition!
Also, the nextdoor neighbor has asked us to post photos of her gorgeous Young Chang Upright Piano (Black Lacquered), Model U-121 . . . absolutely gorgeous! If you are interested check with us and we will give you her telephone number to call and see it. If you have or are looking for a piano, this would be a wonderful buy! She's asking $1,400. Check it out!
