All valuables will be removed daily and only on site during sale hours. Home has 24hr monitored security. This sale is Cash only (no electronic payments)! If you don’t have enough cash, we will hold items, for up to one hour. We can help load (before open or after close ONLY) but all items need to be removed by the close of business last day. Not responsible for accidents. Children are welcome but please keep them with you. No public restroom. I may open up earlier than 9am, so come early. Any Firearm Sales require a photo ID & CHL (if we have firearms).
