Ft Worth Historic District Estate

This sale in the middle of Ft Worth’s Historic Historic District is full of large vintage and antique collections, as well as some really unique, one of a kind items. The beautiful Wurlitzer Baby Grand Piano and the Antique Asian Street Warmer Set are such items. The Antique Volkstedt Dresden piece is breathtaking. 

Glass Collectors will be interested in the  vast collection of antique and vintage crystal, American Brilliant Period Glass, vintage pressed glass, art glass, and depression glass. The Mid Century Modern Morgantown Smoke Glass Pitcher set  is a real eye catcher, as is the Vintage Wexford Anchor Hocking Diamond Pattern Pressed Glass Goblets. Other glassware highlights include, Libbey, St George Crystal, Waterford Crystal, Imperial Crystal, and Murano Art Glass.

There is a wide variety of porcelain China sets, tea sets, and individual pieces. Some of these include Lenox, Nippon, Victoria Trading Company, Franciscan Ware Desert Rose, Mikasa Chippendale Bone China, Hutschenreuther German Dinner Ware, Old Ivory Syracuse China. 

Other porcelain pieces include  a multitude of antique and vintage figurines, Antique Dresden, Jane Austin Figurines, Japanese porcelain figurines, and trinket boxes. The collection of Marti Gras and realistic style masks from Clay Art and About Face in San Francisco is really cool. 

The variety of dolls in this collection is unbelievable. There are several Barbie Dolls to choose from, and Barbie accessories, including the 1962 Barbie’s Dream House, are sure to be popular. Other popular dolls include several Madame Alexander Dolls, Neiman Marcus Dolls, Monsieur Giraud, Ideal Doll, Gorham, Mel Odom Dolls, and Franklin Heirloom. Other collector dolls include several GI Joe Action Figures, I Love Lucy, Gone with the Wind, and a Shirley Temple Doll. There are also several really great pieces of doll house furniture. 

Interestingly enough, this sale has a huge collection of salt and pepper shakers.

Other collections include a multitude of Black Americana Pieces, pieces collected from travel in Egypt, a vast variety of vases from Europe and Asia, Russian Nesting Dolls, barware, and collectors plates. 

This sale offers a variety of fine and costume jewelry including gold, silver, turquoise, diamonds, and other stones. There specifically is a great collection of sterling silver with turquoise Navajo pieces, as well as other sterling jewelry.
