***PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN EMPTY BOXES , BAGS, AND WRAPPING, AS THERE IS NO WAY WE COULD SUPPLY ENOUGH FOR ALL THE TREASURES THAT ARE HERE***

This is going to be THE Estate Sale of the Summer for all of North Texas (and beyond!)

***This will be one of our "Famous" B.Y.O.T. Estate Sales ! For those who don't know, everyone will bring your own TARP (or old sheet, blanket, etc...) and set up a "Holding spot" of your very own outside on the property somewhere.  This is where you will take your TREASURES, as you find them, and bring them back to YOUR AREA while you continue shopping... 

Nobody can remove any items from anybody else's tarp/area.                           

The Property is of a Super Sweet Woman's Parents, who literally "HAVE IT ALL" ~ BARNS and BUILDINGS, AND A BEAUTIFUL HOME PACKED WITH  ANTIQUES, COLLECTABLES, RUSTICS, CAST IRON EVERYTHING (probably 500 + pieces), ADVERTISING MEMORABELIA, CROCKS, HAND TOOLS, POWER TOOLS, UNIQUE OUTSIDE DECOR & FURNITURE, JEWELRY, PYREX, ARTWORK (Remington, Rudolph Valentino), HUGE CLOWN COLLECTION (Ron Lee, etc...), Original NAVAJO RUGS,  ANTIQUE KITCHEN ITEMS GALORE, VILLROY & BOCK,PLUS SOOOOOOO MUCH MORE THAT WILL BE BROUGHT OUT THROUGHOUT THE SALE AS THINGS CLEAR OUT AND WE MAKE MORE ROOM

This is one of those ones that you will want to " mark your calendar " for waaaaay in advance !

***IMPORTANT INFORMATION***

~ To keep everybody Safe, as well as the Homeowners belongings, we have to make a few "rules" at this one, so please read all of the following.

1. The Homeowner's are still living at this Estate, so please be respectful of all  home areas and of their property.  We tried not to picture/advertise any items that she intends on keeping, but anything marked with BLUE TAPE is not for sale. Most of it will be put up in a certain part of the house, but there ARE some outdoor things (birdbath, picnic table, rocks, petrified wood pieces etc...that she would like to keep, so it will have blue tape on it.  

2. This is a HUGE sale including items (rustics, metal, etc) that we will have displayed all over the back of the property, as well as a large barn, smaller barn, and 1/2 of the inside of her Home.  There will be MANY of you and only 6-7 or so of us (J&S Staff), so we WILL have to put a limit on the number of people up the driveway at one time.  As of right now, we are thinking that we can accomodate around 40 at a time on the property (including barns, etc..,), but only 10 actually INSIDE the Main House itself, as we are only using a small portion of the house, and are limited on space. This is to strictly to keep everybody safe, to keep the Homeowners items from getting broken, and to allow for a much quicker checkout. We will work as quickly as we can to get everybody through, and will constantly be letting more people in as others load up and leave. Please bring your patience, as there are plenty of treasures for everyone!

3. CASH ONLY. We WILL however, hold your item(s) for up to 30 minutes if you leave a partial deposit. (so you can run to nearby ATM/Bank, etc...)

4. You will have to be able to carry all your TREASURES to your "area", and then load in your vehicle. Most of you know that we always try to help as much as we can, but at this one (especially during the "busy" times), out Staff members won't be able to leave their areas to assist.

5. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN WRAPPING, BAGS,  EMPTY BOXES/TUBS, ETC....as there are literally over 1,000,000 treasures here (large and small), and there is no way we would be able to provide THAT many boxes.

If you agree to all the above rules, and want to have a GREAT time at one of the best Estate Sales ever, then we will see ya there ! :)
