We love all of our customers, and we wish that that we could answer every email, text and phone call that we receive prior to every sale; however, we are always working right up until the front door opens to get the sale ready for you. 

We are unable to quote prices on individual items, there are no early sales or previews, and no on-line sales. You must come to the sale during sale hours to purchase items.

All Sales are final. Cash preferred, $50 minimum on credit/debit cards (with appropriate identification). Sales taxes are collected. 

Please bring help to load your purchases. All purchases must be removed from the house at time of sale. No large bags allowed inside the house at any time. At the request of the homeowners children will not be allowed inside at any time because of the crowded conditions. No public restrooms. We may have to limit the number of people in the home at any time. We are not responsible for any accidents.
