ONE DAY ONLY Condo Cleanout--everything must go from storage unit!

This sale comprises a full 2 bedroom condo's worth of nearly-new items. We purchased a condo as a part-time residence in February and completely furnished it. Then, my husband accepted a job in Michigan so we sold the condo and put everything into storage temporarily. Then he decided not to take the job after all! So, now we've got no need for all this stuff. Prices shown in some photos are what we paid; there will be a price list available at the sale but all will be significantly below pictured prices! Anything not priced will be negotiable within reason. 

Items to be sold include a 48" round wood dining table and four padded folding chairs, a king size platform bed w/storage, king pillowtop mattress, a queen headboard and frame, queen mattress set, two Lane nightstands, one end table, two 3-drawer nightstands, a gorgeous MCM-inspired triangular glasstop coffee table, bedding sets (king and queen), a 12-piece white porcelain dinnerware set, many throw pillows, a Drexel sofa table, a large Sony smart HDTV, a 32 LG smart TV, a small smart TV, a leather couch, a leather chair and ottoman, a round Oriental rug, a leather storage ottoman, and much more! Since we had everything packed up to move, many bulky items are wrapped for moving. 

Most of the stuff was BRAND NEW this past February!
