1. Full Payment is due the day of the auction. Strictly CREDIT CARD, Visa,
Mastercard, American Express. 18% online buyers. No drafts. Please make full payment before leaving premises for any reason. Appropriate sales tax will be collected.
2. All descriptions that appear herein have been consequently described by the seller and the auctioneers; however, neither the seller nor the
auctioneers assume any liability for any errors or omissions.
3. The seller and the auctioneers make no representation of warranty
on the goods as to their merchantability or their fitness for general or
particular purpose and do further state the goods are to be as is and without recourse.
4. Auctioneers reserve the right to group, regroup or piecemeal any lot or
number of lots prior to or during the course of the auction.
5. Pick-up begins Saturday January 31st from 10:00AM-4:00PM (closed Sunday). Pick-up week will be Monday February 2nd through Friday February 6th from 10:00AM-4:00PM each day by appointment with the Signup Genius link provided. Nothing shall be removed without a paid receipt. EVERYTHING NOT PICKED UP BY 4:00PM FRIDAY 02/07/2026 OR MADE ARRANGEMENTS FOR DELIVERY WITH A SHIPPING COMPANY OR HAULING COMPANY, YOU WILL BE CHARGED $10/LOT/DAY. IF YOU HAVE NOT PICKED UP OR ARRANGED FOR DELIVERY WITHIN 45 DAYS OF THE AUCTION, YOUR PROPERTY IS CONSIDERED ABANDONED AND BECOMES PROPERTY OF THE AUCTION COMPANY.
6. The successful high bidder is responsible for the lot purchased from the
time the auctioneer calls it sold. Neither the seller nor the auctioneers
assume any responsibility for any loss, damage or theft occurring after the
hammer falls.
7. Neither the seller nor the auctioneers assume any responsibility for any
injuries suffered while inspecting or buying.
8. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to check the federal, state and
local laws governing the purchase, possession and transportation of all

The Live Webcast Auction (Day 1) is Thursday, January 29, 2026. It will be available on Proxibid, Live Auctioneers, Invaluable, and Online Hunting Auctions Platforms. The Live Auction has Auctioneers with audio that you can follow and participate with in real time. We have a Timed Auction (Day 2) Friday January 30, 2026. It begins at 9:00AM CT and will be available on Proxibid and Live Auctioneers Platforms Only. The Timed Auction runs for a predetermined time and the highest bidder wins when the countdown clock expires. All the bidding will take place online, NO ON-SITE BIDDING! All of the items are located in Fort Worth, Texas. Please come by and Preview the items before the auction. The Preview will be Monday January 26th, Tuesday January 27th, and Wednesday January 28th from 10:00AM-4:00PM each day or by appointment. The Address for the Preview is 7606 Sand Street Fort Worth, Texas 76118.
