All items are sold AS-IS and all sales are final — no refunds, exchanges, or returns.

Please bring help to load heavy or large items; staff are NOT available to assist with moving.

Bring your own packing materials for fragile or breakable items.

All purchases must be picked up by the end of the sale unless other arrangements are made in advance.

We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or property damage that occur on the premises.

Items will not be held without payment.

Placing items on the Hold Shelf signifies your commitment to purchase those items.

Prices are not provided before the sale and early entry is not permitted.

Discounts are typically offered on the second and final day of the sale, but are not guaranteed.

Please respect neighbors and property—do not block mailboxes, driveways, or streets.

Valuables are removed from the home each evening.

Children must be supervised at all times.

No public restroom available.

There is no dressing room; clothing may NOT be tried on.

Please help us keep the home tidy — return items to their original place if you decide not to purchase.
