1. Full Payment is due the day of the auction. Strictly CREDIT CARD, Visa,
Mastercard, American Express. 18% online buyers. No drafts. Please make full payment before leaving premises for any reason. Appropriate sales tax will be collected.

2. All descriptions that appear herein have been consequently described by the seller and the auctioneers; however, neither the seller nor the
auctioneers assume any liability for any errors or omissions.

3. The seller and the auctioneers make no representation of warranty
on the goods as to their merchantability or their fitness for general or
particular purpose, and do further state the goods are to be as is,

5. Pick-up begins Saturday October 31st from 10:00AM-4:00PM (Closed Sunday). Nothing shall be removed without a paid receipt. EVERYTHING NOT PICKED UP BY 4:00PM FRIDAY November 6th 2026 OR MADE ARRANGEMENTS FOR DELIVERY WITH A SHIPPING COMPANY/HAULING COMPANY, YOU WILL BE CHARGED $10/LOT/DAY. IF YOU HAVE NOT PICKED UP OR ARRANGED FOR DELIVERY WITHIN 45 DAYS OF THE AUCTION, YOUR PROPERTY IS CONSIDERED ABANDONED AND BECOMES PROPERTY OF THE AUCTION COMPANY.
