Cash preferred; but will accept credit cards with a purchase over $100. No personal checks.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS.
Any hold items must be paid in full before you leave. If you purchased an item and do not pick it up prior to the end of the sale, you forfeit your item. YOU WILL NOT BE GIVEN A REFUND.
All items sold AS IS, no warranty or guarantees.
No children under the age of ten; therefore, no strollers.
The homeowner is NOT responsible for accidents or injuries while attending this sale.
You MUST supply your own help and tools to move, take apart and load items.
NO LARGE PURSES OR JACKETS WILL BE PERMITTED. We will ask that they be returned to your vehicle. We don't have the space to hold them for you. No exception.
No public restrooms.
Bids are welcomed on items over $100 or more at the homeowners discretion. Please make a reasonable offer. Lowball bids will not be considered.
The homeowners and their family are our priority. Please be considerate of their home and mindful of all posted signs.
