We like to have fun during our sales and want you to have fun as well! With that in mind there are a few things we need for all to understand and be aware of.
**All items sold as-is, where-is (make sure you know what you are buying and the condition it is in)
**CASH or CREDIT only (please don't ask if we accept checks, cuz we don't)
**Not responsible for accidents (we kindly ask you please have your accidents off the property)
**Please be mindful of your children (all wandering children will be tagged and sold)
**Tax Exempt forms available by register (feel free to bring an already filled form with you)
**Credit purchases require valid ID, virtual signature, written signature (if the card is yours, please don't give my cashier a hard time)
**Prices will not be given prior to the sale (you have to show up to know how much something is priced, plus you may find something else you want to buy)
**No refunds/Exchanges (please know what you are buying, we are not a retail shop and can't resell something in a few hours)
**Phone purchases are not permitted (can't see your ID over the phone, nor can we get your written and virtual signature - instead we can hold an item for you for a given time only)
**We prosecute thieves and tag switchers (yes, we do this, so don't do it)
**No weapons allowed on site (if you have one great! But please leave it in your vehicle, I don't want to have to ask you to leave)
