Listing Terms and Conditions:

--LIKE US ON FACEBOOK FOR UP TO THE MINUTE DETAILS AND PRICING DROPS.
--We may not be available to load items for you at this sale. Please be sure to arrange for help when picking up your merchandise.
—Cash and credit only. (You may be charged an additional convenience fee for purchases on cards made under $15.).
—We accept credit card purchases over the phone 2 HOURS AFTER START OF BUSINESS ON THE FIRST DAY; ONE HOUR AFTER START OF BUSINESS ON CONSECUTIVE DAYS.
—Purchases are not refundable and must be picked up by the close of business on THE SAME DAY IT WAS PURCHASED unless arrangements have been made prior to purchase.
—Credit card purchases (plus shipping costs if applicable) can be made over the phone.
—No holds. No presales.
—LARGE PURSES OR JACKETS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED. We will ask that they be returned to your vehicle or we can hold them for you. No exceptions.
--NO PETS. This is a private home.
—Bids always welcome on items $100 or more and must be MORE THAN HALF of posted price. (May be left to homeowner's discretion).
—Homestead Kate's and the homeowner are not responsible for accidents.

*Our homes are always clean and tidy; the merchandise is properly cleaned.
*The homeowners and their family are our first priority. Please be considerate of their home and mindful of all posted signs. Have a safe journey here.
*No public restrooms.
