1. Watch your step, owners, nor Flipping Your Treasures, is responsible for accidents.
2. Don't be rude, please!
3. We don't steal from you, please don't steal from us.
4. Everything sold "as is" where there is no warranty or guarantees implied. No refunds or exchanges.
5. Must bring your own help to move furniture, rugs and anything heavy. We do not have a dolly and will be unable to offer help.
6. All sales are "as is" and final.
Buyers may pay by Cash, Venmo, Cash App or MasterCard, Visa, Discover, however, there is a 5% fee charged on credit card charges.

After selling so, we donated what was left and so much we were able to empty another storage into the space! Our space is within the Wedgewood Shopping Center, Space #5318. It is next to the Medical Company and the old Furniture Store. #5318 is over the door and there will be a sign outside.
The first day, Saturday, 3/25 the items are priced as marked (which are already lower than the Estate Sale Prices), but reasonable offers/negotiations are welcome. The second day, Sunday, 3/26 prices will be even lower than marked......unless it was originally marked a dollar or lower, then it is still the price.
We take all forms of payment.....Venmo, CashApp, Zelle, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Credit Cards (w/5% added) & cash.
