ADDITIONAL TERMS & CONDITIONS:
PREVIEW - Bidders may view the items from the opening of the doorway of the unit ONLY. You may not touch or handle any of the goods or enter the unit. What you see is what you will be getting.

 

PICKUP - Payment is due by FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 9th 12pm-2pm. BRING YOUR LOCK TO TAKE POSSESSION OF THE LOCKER AT THAT TIME. Unit must be completely emptied and all items removed by SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 10th 6pm. NO EXCEPTIONS. Using the on-site dumpster or other waste management on auction property is not permitted. If Buyer fails to pick up on scheduled time or does not leave the unit broom swept clean, your bidding privileges will be suspended and a $150 deposit will be charged. By bidding in this auction you agree to the terms and conditions. Your invoice will be emailed to you upon completion of auction!
