All Sales Final: All items are sold "as-is, where-is." We do our best to note any known defects or history, but we encourage all buyers to carefully inspect items before purchasing. No refunds, returns, or exchanges are accepted.

​Pricing & Negotiations: Prices are fixed for the first day of the sale. We strive to price items fairly based on market value and our professional appraisal. We appreciate your respect for our pricing process. Cash or Zelle is preferred, but we also accept credit cards. We do have a processing fee of 2.5% -- this fee does not exceed the amount charged to us by the credit card companies for processing.

Handling & Removal: Please be prepared to remove your purchases from the home on the day of the sale. If you purchase large furniture, we ask that you bring your own assistance and appropriate vehicle for moving, as our team is unable to provide labor or delivery.

Liability: We are not responsible for accidents or injuries on the premises. By entering the property, you assume all risk. Please watch your step and be mindful of your surroundings.

Respect for the Property: We are guests in our clients' homes. Please handle all items with care. Children must be supervised at all times. We reserve the right to refuse entry or ask anyone to leave if they are not being respectful of the home or the items within.

Safety & Security: For the security of the home and the items inside, please leave large bags or backpacks in your vehicle. We reserve the right to check all bags upon exit.

Professional Conduct: We pride ourselves on a welcoming environment. We do not tolerate aggressive behavior, harassment, or disparaging conduct toward our team or fellow shoppers. If you violate this you will be asked to leave.
