4. Everything sold "as is" where there is no warranty or guarantees implied. No refunds or exchanges.
5. Must bring your own help to move furniture, rugs and anything heavy. We do not have a dolly and will be unable to offer help.
6. All sales are "as is" and final.
Buyers may pay by Cash, Venmo, Cash App or MasterCard, Visa, Discover, however, there is a 5% fee charged on credit card charges.

Items that won't fit into the bags.....furniture, aquariums, lawnmower, etc. will be at 50% off.
Owner is not responsible for injuries or accidents. $5 bills preferred, but we do take Venmo, Cashapp, Zelle and Credit Cards (with a 5% fee). See you there!!
PS: Only the bags we provide will be allowed. Each bag used is $5.
