TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

All property is sold "AS IS", and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, usefulness, value or any other determining factor. We attempt to describe the merchandise our customers are bidding on. We do this to the best of our ability and many times rely on information given to us from the consignor. Though all descriptions are believed to be correct, neither auction house nor seller makes any warranties of any kind with respect to the property and in no event shall be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of description, genuineness, authorship, attribution, provenance, period, culture, source origin, fitness for a particular purpose, condition etc.

Buyers Premium
There is a 15% buyers premium charge with a 5% discount for cash payment.

Payment
We accepts most major credit cards and cash payment. We do not accept checks or cashier checks. All credit card and cash payments shall be processed by Live Oak Auctions.

Pickup Times
Pick up times are firm. All items are to be picked up by the end of the third business day after that auction. Live Oak Auctions will be the determining factor on deciding whether or not the winning bidder has an extenuating circumstance that will not allow them to pick up an item. DON'T BID on items if you do not or cannot make the pick up dates. Failure to follow this rule could prevent you from participating in future Live Oak Auctions. ANY ITEMS NOT PICKED AFTER THE THIRD BUSINESS DAY ARE CONSIDERED ABANDON AND BECOME THE PROPERTY OF LIVE OAK AUCTIONS. NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE. WE WILL WORK WITH YOU ANYWAY WE CAN, BUT WE DO NOT HAVE SPACE TO STORE ABANDON ITEMS.

Shipping
Certain items can be shipped. There is a $5.00 handling fee for any item shipped and the buyer will be responsible for the actual shipping cost. Only items that qualify for shipping will be shipped by Live Oak Auctions.

Delivery:
We do offer delivery. There is a $75 charge for each item delivered under 30 miles. Any item over 30 miles will be a $100 delivery fee. Live Oak cannot deliver an item further than 60 miles from our location without having the details worked out before the end of the current auction.
