This Eclectic Collector’s Fort Worth Auction takes us around the world and back again to the good ole’ USA, where most of these collectibles originated. Need a map? Try the Old-World meets New Map in Gold Metallic and Latin. Does the Victorian Parlour Scene with the perfectly matched Victorian / Art Nouveau Frame in Lot 5p fit in your parlor?
Let’s stop on in at Japan for the RARE and UNIQUE Carving Set in Lot 42s, the Sango Dinnerware, or that exquisite Lefton Porcelain Ewer Vase. How about the Ceremonial Elephants Carving from Thailand? On to Egypt for the Carved Falcon God Horus Idol or stop in Greece for the Greek Footed Vase with the Classical Greek Scene, and of course it's in black and gold! Germany has a Porcelain Art Pottery Platter, there’s a French-Style Mantle Clock, 23 Royal Copenhagen Collectible Plates, and Royal Doulton presents a Fine English Porcelain Dinnerware Set in the Blue Trend Pattern. Before popping back over that pond you should find a Nao by Lladro Ballerina and an Irish Beleek Vase.
Back in the USA we have a few High-Designer Handbags by Dooney & Bourke and Coach. Ok, these may have been made anywhere from Southeast Asia to Italy & Mexico, but the companies are in Connecticut and New York City. This estate has ABP Crystal, a Seth Thomas Clock, a Lane Cedar Chest, McCoy Pottery, and some Vintage Anchor Hocking. It doesn’t get more American than that.
We hope you enjoy exploring this eclectic collection and would like to wish you GOOD LUCK on your highest bids! Keep an eye on our other auctions this week and next as we introduce some very unique collections!
