UPSCALE ESTATE IN GREEN TEE,  PEARLAND, TEXAS. 

Our clients are downsizing and need everything shown sold ASAP!   We are conducting an ONLINE ONLY event taking place over the next 10 days.  

Here’s the process:

Starting prices listed are 50% off retail  value  based on our research.  

On WEDNESDAY, June 10th  prices shown will be reduced by 25% off our starting prices.  

Next SUNDAY, June 14th, the prices will be further reduced by 50% off our starting prices .

On TUESDAY, June 16th the event will close.  50% will be the lowest price offered.

SILENT BIDS will be reviewed prior to each price reduction to accommodate shoppers wanting to offer a price between the 25-50% off price.  Then again silent bids will be reviewed after the event closes.   YOU WILL BE CONTACTED IF YOUR SILENT BID IS ACCEPTED.  

Pick-ups will ALL be scheduled by appointment only on on WEDNESDAY and THURSDAY (17th and 18th) afternoons from 2-6pm. 

In order to minimize crowds and for our clients safety and convenience we’re hosting this event online and scheduling pick ups in advance.   Items weighing less than 50lbs can and will be delivered right to your vehicle if you so desire.  

Most of the inventory is included but a few additional items may be added this week, so favorite this sale ❤️ and check back often.   For both new stuff and discounts.  

Most of this furniture was purchased from Sussan Furniture and is in excellent condition.   Many pieces have never even been used and were just decorative pieces in this fabulous Estate.  Feel free to text or email any questions you may have.

PICK-UPS will be scheduled by appointment only to occur on the 17th and 18th of June. 

Credit card and photo ID MUST BE PRESENTED at time of pick up.  

All of our staff members will follow current COVID guidelines when handling your items and when meeting you for pick-up.
