This will be cash only as I unfortunately do not have credit card capabilities. This is a warehouse, so stuff is piled on top of each other, most of it is safe, but I would recommend leaving the kids at home as I will not be responsible for any accidents.

I will be running around helping people, so best to bring some help for the larger stuff. I can help if I can of course.

Description & Details

- Check out this downsizing sale this weekend, rain or shine.  There is a fantastic selection of estate items located in the warehouse section of West Frisco.  At least 1,500 square feet of space to walk through and lets face it with stuff on top of each other, this is more like 3,000 to 4,500 square feet of good stuff.

- Everything is inside and provided blankets of rain aren't sweeping down, loading of larger and heavier items should be easy in front of the large warehouse door.

- Tons of stuff from Furniture, décor, art, some clothes, big things, little things, books, movies, check out all the pics and zoom in and read more in the description section of each picture.  (Old Stuff, new stuff, antique stuff, collectible stuff, unique stuff and I have to have it stuff!)

- Prices are low, there are only a handful of items over $100, a handful of items at $100 exactly and the rest is less.  I mean there is even a whole art section of pictures for just $1 each.

- So, contractors, DIY'ers, stagers, pickers, shoppers, resellers, flea market vendors, booth vendors, stop on by!

- Feel free to contact me, call or text, about pricing or seeing if an item is available, I can only hold something for an hour at most.  I'll try my best to answer quickly as well.

 

Front of the warehouse, all peaceful and quiet, loading will be by the door, parking on the other sideVisual view of warehouse section in west FriscoSome stuff in front might be gone by the sale, but at least you can get a sense here of how much treasure you can look through. You might need to make a trip each day.Temperamental Kenwood receiver and who knows speakers, sound great when door is open. Some fireplace screens and little two step ladders here.Some sofa tables here, small chairs and couple of bar stools, an Ab Doer Twist, couple coffee tables on top of each other, good project pieces.Some theater seats that will hopefully be gone soon so I have more space, but if not, they are only $10 each, two sets of three and one set of four. Couple of boxes underneath an ikea table, couple of end tables on top of ikea table and a bunch of small things all over.Old and used crutches for Halloween props maybe? Bunch of other small stuff and things to search through up front here.More things on the shelves to search through, those dresser shelves on top aren't wood. Other shelves are full of contractor stuff like nails and plumbing things, some tools hidden over here as well.bunch of mats on the floor a drawer warmer on the shelf, some other misc things as wellOld Adding machine and old sewing machines, not working, so best for décor. A bin of sandpaper belt stlye on top.Jenny Lind Crib, best for décor or dolls maybe. some medical things on the shelves, some video game stuff and cords back there as well.Top shelf has some Oldsmobile hubcaps for garage décor maybe, some Rescue Rangers figurines and toy thing.Old Yugoslavia 76 rocking chair, excellent shape, Old 1920's or 1930's baby Buggy, awesome décor piece, just $100.Tons of movies and interesting things on shelves.Books in the back, sofa tables, old coolers, a small Ikea desk, some screws for drywall and something else.More Books, 4 boxes of shelf brackets (new), Jim Beam Barrel, tools in the blue bins of screwdrivers and wrenchesAnother pic of the books and some old board games and other unique thingsIf other stuff in front sells quick, all these boxes can be brought down and looked through. There might be hidden treasure in them, but it is mostly household stuff from storage unit purchases from two years ago.A Butler Style Coffee Table, an old Gaming Table with 4 leather chairs, most expensive piece here. Misc things all around. More misc stuff, even a fry vat thing for a restaurantOld Storage Trunks for décor, Probably worthless speakers on the side there. Nice wood end table, a couple of brand new stone sinks for just $150 each, more stuff on a shelf, a sofa table, a package of wood laminate flooring, just one though.There is a golf caddy in here, small bakers rack of stuff, bunch of stuff animals in a kids pool, old quilts on each of the chairs.Nice Thomasville China Cabinet, two pieces, no glass for the shelves though, so either make it a wardrobe or you have to get new glass shelves. Couple of lamps and misc things, bunch of brooms and a couple shovels behindMisc stuff, fence style headboardanother look at the stuff on the Ikea TableA Couple old Berkey end tables from the 1940's maybe, a south bend baby buggy with an ugly doll in it. There is an above ground pool in the box, I never opened it, so I have no idea what is in there or if it is in great condition.Another pic of the headboard, a metal sled, a 16 foot wood ladder and more miscMore books and some artA couple nightstands and dressers here, I would probably call all these project pieces. Some box fans, two new, three old style.A few clothes on racks, careful with the second rack, it is dying.
