Gated Community with HOA Party, Come One Come All!!

Sunday we are at 75% off unless an item is denoted as being firm on it’s price.  Note the HOA requirements below. We are looking for good pricing for our customers Sunday.

If you are planning on attending our sale taking place on September 8, 2019 from 9:00AM-4:00 PM, Sunday. You must stop at the security guards office and let them know you are there to pick-up and purchase items from the sale at 4240 Republic Drive, Frisco, Texas 75034. If there are any questions they can reach me at 214-641-4464, we will be at the house.  Our sale will have signs posted so, just follow the signs. Mention our name also: Classic Estate Sales DFW.

Our next great sale will be in a gated community on September 6-8, 2019. You all know how gated communities can be an adventure but in this case the entire community will be having their annual yard sale, a very large gated community, and we will be the main attraction. This is the perfect time for you to visit us and a large number of small sales which should make for a full day of hunting for goodies..... Pictures and more information on our sale to follow as we start our pricing. 

We started our pricing this week on this great sale, remember, the entire area will be having their HOA yard sale the same weekend as our sale so you can cruise right thru the gated security........make it a day. I have posted an intial set of pictures with what we have located today:
