We prefer cash, but will accept checks with 2 forms of ID. Please bring small bills for small purchases. Bring help to load and pack. WE DO NOT HAVE HELP AVAILABLE TO HELP LOAD. Also, please do not remove price tags from items UNLESS you are certain that you are buying. It's not fair to our clients or estate sale customers that could be interested in that item. Remember, we are not a retail store and you are buying used items. There are no refunds or exchanges so make your purchases carefully. We do take care to check that things are working and in fair shape however, we don't catch every thing! WE CAN NOT ALLOW CHILDREN AT THIS SALE. PLEASE NO PETS!!! Thank you for understanding.
This is perhaps the largest sale we've had in a few years. I am posting just a bit of information for now and will have complete details posted with pictures over the weekend. Because of the size and quality of merchandize, we will have a uniformed Police Office on duty at all times. You must stop at guard gate to get a flyer with directions to home and sign in with a member of our staff. Upon entering and leaving, DO NOT TAILGATE. Only one car at a time through the gates. There is a $250 fine if You cause damage to security gates by tailgating. There is only a 15-20 SECOND delay between cars so please don't TAILGATE.
