Auction Terms & Conditions of Sale
All sales are final and all property is sold "As is, Where is." It is the bidder's responsibility to determine condition and usefulness of the items purchased. Our intention is to describe and photograph the items to the best of our ability and many times rely on information given to us by the home owner. If you have questions or are not sure about the condition of an item in our auction, please do not hesitate to call us at 214.934.4078. We will be happy to help you.

Buyers Premium
We charge a 15% buyer's premium which will be added to your invoice if you are the winning bidder.

Bidding
A bid by any person shall be conclusive proof that the bidder has read these conditions of sale and has agreed to be bound by them. In the event of non-payment, we reserve the right to charge the outstanding invoice balance to the credit card provided upon registration. Failure to honor your bid will result in loss of bidding privileges.

Payment
Hollis Estate Sales accepts VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We do not accept cash, business or personal checks, or cashier's checks. All credit card payments will be processed by CurrencyPay at the time of auction closing if you are the winning bidder.
