All items MUST be paid for by the end of the pick up date! State sales taxes will be collected unless tax exemption form is on file. Buyer’s Premium is 15% Plus Tax. CASH BUYERS will receive a 3% buyer’s premium discount for paying with CASH! NO CHECKS! ALL ITEMS ARE "AS IS, WHERE IS" NO WARRANTY EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. Late Pickup Penalty: If you do not pick up or you do not call for an alternate pick up time by the end of the pick time, a late pickup penalty will be enforced. The penalty for late pickup is 10% of the bid total plus $5 per day. Repeat Offenders/ No Shows may lose bidding privileges!!! SO....please pick up your items on time or call to make alternate arrangements.
