***SORRY, but this is NOT a sale for children. Too many dangers....stairs, uneven ground, crowded spaces, sharp objects, breakables, crowds, etc... As much as we love the kiddos, we just can not allow them at this particular sale. THANK YOU !

***We may have to limit the number of people inside at one time ( to start, anyway), and may limit the number of people in certain areas at one time. This is strictly for everyone's safety, and the safety of our client's belongings.
Our security officer will put numbers on the front porch at 6am (if you are an early bird), so you can come by, grab a number, then go get breakfast, coffee, or just wait in your cozy vehicle until we open at 9am.

***WE, ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ACCIDENTS OR INJURY WHILE YOU ARE VISITING THIS ESTATE SALE

***We are required to collect Sales Tax. Resellers, please bring us your PRE Filled out Tax Exemption form. We don't always have Your file at any given Estate (depending on how many sales we have that week), so always be prepared to bring us a new copy if You would like to use Your Tax Exemption.

***No Public restroom. All areas are being used for display, storage, and/or have security cameras in them.

***Security Cameras are in use at all times during the week of the sale.

***All Valuables are removed from the Property each evening.

***No Personal Shopping Bags or large Purses allowed

IF YOU TAG IT, PULL A PRICE TAG, OR PUT IT ON THE HOLDING TABLE..... YOU BUY IT !!!!
It is not fair to the other customers or the Homeowner if somebody comes through and tags MANY items, then waits and "decides" which ones they are actually going to buy later. Others may have left thinking it was sold, and we could lose the sale for our Sweet Homeowner.

***Please bring own BOXES / BAGS / and WRAPPING, as we are always running low , however they will have to stay in your vehicle until you pay for your items, and show your receipt at the door.

***At some estates, we have to limit the number of people in at one time, or to specific areas, etc....but always try to leave numbers out for our customers, so you won't be left standing outside. We always work as quickly as we can to get everybody through.

***Due to out vast number of Upcoming Sales, and tight timeline, we are unable to answer pricing and availability questions before the sale except on large ticket items (Vehicles, etc...)

***J&S Estate Sales does not own a resale shop, booth, consignment store (or other), so all items are sold on the Estate's premises during posted sale hours only. We do not remove any items for outside sales.
