This sale is nothing like our normal sales.   But it will be interesting none the less.  This is a hoarder type house full of all kinds of things.  Antiques, collectibles, tools, construction materials, and quit possibly some hidden treasures.

ONE DAY ONLY !

Please read over the instructions.   
This is a cash only sale with sales taxes included.   
House has been shut up for many years and therefore it is dirty.  There is also no running water or electricity.   Along with your mask you may want to wear gloves and close toed shoes.  
Come prepared with your own wrapping supplies and boxes and be able to load them in your car or truck.

please no children at this sale as the house is crowded and things may be stacked.  
 

We will be moving some of this around a bit to try and make pathways. There will also be a couple of pieces of furniture that will stay there for the family.   Due to the amount items and our very short time frame Most items will not be priced so please be patient asking for prices.   
 

  • Several Pieces of Antique Furniture including China Cabinets, dressers, chest of drawers, tables, sofa and chairs, upright piano, etc.
  • Many totes that were packed up to be removed to storage are going to be left on site for you to go through. 
  • Contractor type Materials, paint, ceiling tiles, wire, scrap lumber, etc
  • At least a couple of totes of tools, maybe more
  • vintage wallpaper sample books and rolls of wallpaper
  • various glassware and bottles
  • paper products like newspapers and magazines
  • huge stack of bricks from the 1920s
  • wonderful old water cistern
  • so much stuff.
