This is the final phase of our Estate Sale in this custom built house about 4 blocks from the beach. The family has added many new items to the sale and all of the remaining items will be drastically reduced from the original price. This 3 bedroom house located in the Denver Court neighborhood is for sale and open for viewing during the sale. The sale is Saturday only with limited hours from 8:00 - 2:00.
