We accept Visa/MC/Discover and cash, no checks please. We do NOT provide moving assistance, please bring help to move large items. Our staff does not have time to help with moving any items out of the home. Check with us at the desk if you need moving assistance. We have partnered with Pick Up and can give you the information as needed. All sales are final.

No children allowed at this sale per request of owner. It looks like there will be rain on Saturday, please plan accordingly to reduce mud being transferred into the home. We will have rugs and towels available.
