Uranium glass—vintage toys—quilts and cabbageware—oh my!

Oh boy, here we go. Just when we think our sales can’t get any more amazing, along comes one that blows the rest out of the water! We are having a craaaaaaazy sale on South Glenbrook Drive in Garland and it’s going to be so fun, so packed with all the good stuff that you’re not going to want to miss out. This will be a part shopper, part digger sale so bring your patience and good humor along with your sharp eye and you’re guaranteed to find treasures.

The lady of the house was a phenomenal and well-known artist and creator, and there is a lot of her own original art at the sale. She was also a collector and a decorator, and her beautiful home is a testament to her wonderful taste and imagination. This couple also had retained a great deal from their own families’ estates so there are good antiques, more uranium glass than we have ever seen outside of an antiques mall—her own mother had 3 China cabinets full of uranium and depression glass and it’s AAAALLLL HERE! China sets by Noritake, Spode, Churchill, Metlox, milk glass, Waterford crystal and several sets of antique Bavarian china.

The man of the house was a golfer, and we have golf bags, golf clubs, golf shirts and gear—you get the idea.

Packed kitchen with great serveware, flatware sets, a Kitchenaid mixer. Adorable kitchen decor, nice baking pans, bowls, lots of everyday-use ware and a full pantry.

So much copper and brass decor and even a couple of good bronzes.

We have wonderful furniture at this sale and it is priced to go home with you. Great lamps for every room in the house. Did we say toys? Fantastic vintage toys, antique dolls and tons of great newer toys as well—some brand new!

The garage is where you’ll find Longaberger baskets, floral arrangements, brass decor, holiday holiday and more holiday, and the mother lode of sewing and crafting items: paints, canvases, watercolor paper, fabric, buttons, jewelry findings, markers and crayons, you just can’t believe it.

Coolest thing of all is a huge antique “Ancor Bilt” rolling wooden easel, completely adjustable. It would be great for an artist but it would also be fantastic to display art or even hold a television.
