This estate sale will be the weekend of January 26-28, from 9-4, at a golf course home in Oakridge in Garland, TX in which owners are downsizing into a senior living facility. The entire  home and garage contents are for sale. The sale also includes a 2008 Cadillac DTS with only 53,695 miles. WHAT A GREAT PURCHASE!!!

The garage includes Railroad lanterns, several Husky tool boxes full of great tools, lawn care items, several ladders, wheelbarrow and more. The home has several area rugs, a butcher block table with four silver barstools, artwork, small side tables, Christmas items, table linens, including several sets of fabulous napkin rings, mid century glassware and silver serving items AND BOOKS, BOOKS, BOOKS!!!
