We sell before opening day to our VIPs.
Sold items will be noted and updated on this listing.

On days of sale, we will open at 9am but not a moment before :-)
We ask that some LARGE furniture items be picked up after hours or on Sunday.
We do have a public bathroom.
We have some wrap paper and bags but suggest you bring your own too!
Be careful because we are not liable for accidents.
Also you will need to bring people to help load heavy items.
We will take "bids" at the sale if you want a "better price".
Schedule:
Day 1: full price until 2pm - then 25% off
Day 2: 25% off until 2pm - then 50% off
Day 3: 50% off until 2pm - then 75% off
