1. This is an online only estate sale with the prices of each item provided in the description.
2. You may pick up your items in Georgetown, TX. We are willing to ship SMALL items only at the buyer's expense to include shipping and handling fees.
3. To purchase an item(s) please text or call Wanda at (512) 704-3339 with the names of the items that you want to buy. She will give you a total price that includes sales tax (unless you are tax exempt). You can pay her over the phone or in person when you arrive to pick up your item(s). She will also consider reasonable offers on the more expensive items such as furniture.
4. We accept Cash, Venmo, Cash App and all major credit cards. No checks. There is a 2% convenience fee for Venmo and Cash App and a 3% credit card convenience fee for debit and credit card transactions. No minimum purchase required.
5. Please bring help to load heavy items. We do not have staff available to load heavy items so please come prepared with the right help and appropriate sized vehicle to move your item(s).
6. All items are generally sold as-is with no refunds. We stand behind everything we sell and have attempted to ensure that all items are in good working condition, but carefully inspect and test all items with a plug before you leave with it. Once you leave with it, it's yours!
