This is an Online Auction for the Estate of Wanda Shell. She loved danicing and nice clothes, and jewelry. She loved the holidays especially Christmas and collected beautiful decorations. The family has commissioned Walt Cade Auctions to liquidate the remaining personal possessions.

* Terms: Cash, Wire Transfer, Most Credit Card and Debit Cards.

* Bidding Period: Thru ___________ Sunday Jan 14 ( Soft Close) Starts closing 7pm CST
* Pickup: day after auction close _______ Monday Jan 15 from 10-4PM (NO EXCEPTIONS)
* Preview: Friday Jan 12 from 10-2pm
* Soft Close: We use a soft close method of closing. If any bid is within the last 3 minutes of auction close, bidding on that lot will be extended by 3 minutes.

* Payment: Cash or Credit Card on site with a 3% discount on the BP for cash. Any invoice not settled by 3pm day after auction close will be charged to card on file.

* Declined Cards: There is a $65 service fee assessed for any card that is declined for any reason.

* Large Invoices: Auction company, may charge a deposit to a credit card and balance to be paid via Cash, Cashier's Check. or, Wire Transfer for all amounts over $500.

* Loading: We do not have loading assistance available. If you have items that need machinery, please bring adequate equipment. Please bring your own boxes and packing material.

* Condition: You are buying As is, where is. Unless otherwise specified, we have not tested the item. In addition, if you buy an item "With Contents" You must take all the contents. Failure to do so will result in disposal fees to your account with us.

* Buyer's Premium: 15% with a 3% Discount for Cash

* All items MUST BE GONE timely

* Sales Tax and Farm Exemption: Please forward in advance sales tax exemption information, go to www.WaltCadeAuctions.com/salestax.htm . Farm Exemptions will not be accepted for non-farm related items. No exemptions will be accepted after auction close. No exemptions accepted on pickup day.

* Shipping: (IWhen Available) Once you pay your invoice with us and request items to be shipped, Pack & Mail will pick your items up at our facility within 48 hours and they will contact you for your desired shipping method and will quote you a price to include any packaging or handling. Note: Items not picked up or authorized by you for shipping within 48 hours of auction close will be donated to the Children's Foundation.
