TERMS & CONDITIONS
•All purchases must be paid in full the day of the sale. Cash, NO Credit Card purchases over $1000, and personal or Business checks will be accepted ONLY if accompanied by a ”Bank Letter of Guarantee”.
•All items are offered "as is, as found" with no guarantees or warranties and ALL sales are considered final.
•Although we try to help when possible many times we are unable to provide assistance with larger items, so please plan on packing and loading your purchases.
•Limited supply of boxes, bags and wrap
•Items purchased will need to be picked up by 4pm on the last day of the sale.
•Once sale begins on Saturday, we will have phone purchasing available after 10am. Call to see if what you want is still there or just text 830-263-1885
•Come and Organize It or property owners is not responsible for accidents
•No large handbags allowed
•No unattended children
•No sign up sheet, so get there early to get a place in line. Will allow a certain number of people inside accordingly.

•We are very busy trying to get the sales together so be understanding to delayed response
