We do not provide movers and items must be removed by the end of the sale. We provide the use of furniture dollies and hand trucks but CANNOT load your purchases. Please bring help to load furniture or other heavy items.

**Useful Directions from Granbury Area**
This home is located at 1500 Loop 567 in Granbury. As you take Loop 567 from Pearl St (near Mesquite Pit Restaurant) you will pass the (new) Granbury Police Station,  and the Hood County Reunion Grounds Sign. Continue on the loop until you see the GREEN GATE on your right. There will be a CARING TRANSITIONS BANNER out front. The street number 1500 is also on the fence. This gate will be OPEN 1/2 an hour each day before the sale.
Proceed down the road to the home area. ALL ITEMS are located in FRONT of the home and in the home.
Do not walk toward the back of the home or the lake area. Do NOT enter any outbuildings
