All sales are final and items are sold as-is. Caring Transitions accepts cash and credit cards (MasterCard, Visa and Discover only) for sales over $20, with proper ID. We do not provide movers and items must be removed by the end of the sale. WE WILL PROVIDE THE USE OF A DOLLEY BUT Can NOT load your purchases.
Caring Transitions is not liable for breakage or loss. Caring Transitions and the Homeowner are NOT responsible for accidents or injuries on the premises. Item will not be “held” without payments

This lovely home is FULL of treasures and well worth your trip to Pecan Plantation.  The owner is an artist and there are many beautiful frames and unframed paintings here.  The styling shows variety and includes floral, fruits, scenery, people, and animals.  There is also a tremendous amount of art supplies.  You will find a room FULL of books of all sorts including antique books and more.  
The kitchen here is full of dishes, silverware, pots and pans, small appliances. Lots of barware!  Three tables with chairs here—all in excellent condition. Lovely China Cabinets. Two electric recliners in fabulous shape. Other items include: Washer and dryer, refrigerator, twin bed on lift platform, Queen bed set, two desks, book shelves, treadmill, tools, holiday decor, coffee table,  Longaberger baskets, costume jewelry, RECORD ALBUMS, tons of table cloths and linens, sea shells, storage cabinets for garage or craft area, Chiminea, outdoor furniture, LOTS OF DOLLS—-and so much more!
