All sales are final and items are sold as-is. Caring Transitions accepts cash and credit cards (MasterCard, Visa and Discover only) for sales over $20, with proper ID. We do not provide movers and items must be removed by the end of the sale. We provide the use of furniture dollies and hand trucks but CANNOT load your purchases. Please bring help to load furniture or other heavy items.
Caring Transitions is not liable for breakage or loss. Neither Caring Transitions nor the Homeowner are responsible for accidents or injuries on the premises. Item will not be “held” without payments. First come, first sale. We DO NOT do pre-sales, unless otherwise indicated. Do not call about individual items before, during or after a sale. WE CANNOT AND WILL NOT RESPOND.
This sale requires an appointment. REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED. Residents of Pecan Plantation and their guests DO NOT need to register and may attend during open hours.
