*We do not deliver, nor do we do any heavy lifting. If you’re planning on purchasing a heavy item, please bring plenty of help with you. All purchases must be removed from the house by 4pm on Saturday.
*No large bags. If you bring one in, you’ll be asked to leave it at our checkout desk, or to return it to your car.
*We understand that estate sales can be a family affair, but we ask that you please not leave your children unattended.
*We are not responsible for accidents, so please watch your step moving from room to room, and in and out of the house.
*Remember…you break it, you buy it!
We accept cash (preferred), credit, debit, and Zelle. All credit/debit charges must be over $20.00
