TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Sadly, we had trouble with stealing at the last sale. If you are caught stealing, we will call the police, and you’ll be banned from all future sales.
Please be mindful of others as you shop.
*NO MEDIUM/LARGE BAGS ALLOWED* There are lots of small items at this sale, and we will be providing a limited amount of shopping baskets (20). You can not use your own bag to shop with. No exceptions.
*We do not do any heavy lifting, so please bring plenty of help if you plan to purchase large items. We also do not deliver, so please be sure to have an appropriate vehicle to move the items you purchase.
*All items purchased must be picked up by Saturday at 4pm
*All items are sold as-is. Please feel free to check out anything that needs to be plugged in before you make a purchase. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!!!
*We accept cash, Venmo, and Zelle, and will accept credit card charges for purchases over $50, or if you must use a card under $50, we will charge a fee of $2.
*PLEASE KEEP YOUR CHILDREN WITH YOU AT ALL TIMES. *if you (they) break it, you buy it.
*We are not responsible for accidents. Please be careful as you navigate the house and grounds.
