Prices are not disclosed prior to the sale; however, I am happy to answer questions regarding measurements, condition, etc. as time allows. Children are admitted with CONSTANT ADULT SUPERVISION; however, thieves and ill-tempered people are not!

This is an estate sale. Many hours have been spent preparing the items and the house for a sale. Screaming for a discount and complaining about prices as you walk in the door will probably not get you what you want.

Say goodbye to 2022 at this wonderful shopping extravaganza in South Grapevine!  House, garage, and backyard are full to overflowing with a wide variety of items!  Details and photos coming.  Yes, this is all from one household.

** A couple things specific to this sale:

  • Steep driveway with NO stairs
  • The holding area for your purchases will be very small if we have one at all.
  • There are thousands of items in this house.  We will be watching for folks with "sticky fingers", but can use your help to keep problems to a minimum.  If you see something, say something!
