This is a CASH ONLY SALE, but the location is very convenient to banks and grocery stores that have ATM machines. Bring help to load large items. Not responsible for accidents. Parking is available on the street behind the house, St. John Street, with access in-between the apartments and the house. Also, parking is available at Kavanaugh Methodist Church. There will be no pre-sales. While I would love to chat with buyers by text or email about items in the sale, honestly, I can't promise that I will have time to do that. The house is beautiful (built in 1931). The items inside are exquisite (80 years accumulation). Please take a drive out to the small town of Greenville, TX to look at what is available in this sale.
