Not your average sale! Dr John Tate was an eclectic collector! The entire property is a treasure hunt. The house has multitude of styles and we are sure it has something for everyone!
Due to the amount of items we will have to limit the amount of people in the home. Every attempt will be made to make this a smooth process.
Due to the amount of fragile items we request that children under 12 be accompanied by an adult while in the home.
Depending on the amount of inventory remaining we will have a follow up sale Saturday the 20th.
We will have a hold area set aside for all the treasures you will find!
