By entering and participating in any estate sale conducted by Heirloom & Co., all shoppers agree to the following terms and conditions:

All Sales Final
All items are sold as-is, where-is. All sales are final. No refunds, returns, exchanges, or warranties are expressed or implied. Buyers are encouraged to carefully inspect all items prior to purchase.

No Presales
We do not offer presales or hold items prior to the public sale unless explicitly stated otherwise by Heirloom & Co. staff.

Bag Policy
No large purses, backpacks, totes, or oversized bags are permitted inside the sale. No exceptions. Small personal items may be subject to inspection at entry or exit.

Accepted Forms of Payment
We accept the following payment methods only:
• Cash
• Zelle
• Venmo
• Cash App

We do not accept debit cards, credit cards, or personal checks.

General Conditions
• All items must be removed from the premises by the buyer at the time of purchase unless otherwise arranged.
• Heirloom & Co. is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damages that occur on the property.
• Entry into the sale premises constitutes acceptance of all posted rules and conditions.
