No Children - we are firm on this rule. We adore children, but not in someone else's estate with many breakable items and bodies of water.
No Large Bags or Purses
No Early Birds
We do accept early questions on particular items (we will respond when time allows)
Payments vary per sale, but Zelle, Venmo, and Apple Pay are accepted for most sales.
A credit card option to pay is available for this sale.
Final day 50%
The address is revealed the day before each sale.

PARKING - a pasture space is available for parking directly in front of the home. Please follow the signs.
If purchasing a large item, you will be able to pull in the private gate and load.
